SH Innovations, a well-established BPO company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in bulk hiring, employee management, and office administration within the BPO sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on bulk hiring.

Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, procedures, and strategies.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and retention programs.

Maintain HR documentation and address internal HR-related queries.

Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and manage performance evaluations.

Supervise office administration and support minor legal/HR compliance matters.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR leadership role (BPO sector preferred).

Proven track record in bulk recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Energetic, proactive, organized, and people-oriented.
